Industrial sediment filtering columns are an efficient and economical alternative to mechanical water filters, enabling effective removal of solid contaminants, such as sand and gravel, sediment, fine stones and corrosion particles from water. In contrast to water filters, the columns do not require cartridge replacement and medium is regenerated during a backwash process.
Sand-bed filtration

The applied quartz medium is characterised by high porosity and long operating life. The central mechanical water filters should be used to protect other devices connected to water installations.
