Industrial iron and manganese removal filters that do not require pre-aeration in the water treatment process thanks to the use of a special catalytic medium. The devices can be used in installations with diaphragm tanks. The medium used in the filtration process is regenerated with potassium permanganate.
Klarsan GS iron and manganese removal
A central industrial filter for reducing concentration of iron and manganese compounds without water pre-aeration. The Klarsan GS filter removes iron and manganese thanks to the highly effective Greensand Plus catalytic medium. This method is recommended especially for installations with a diaphragm hydrophore tank. The Greensand Plus iron and manganese removal medium requires periodic regeneration with potassium permanganate. The failure-free Clack control valve is responsible for controlling automatic backwash process and regeneration of medium oxidising properties.
